Refund Policy

 

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color changes.

Exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion once the original item is returned in unworn condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can make it right.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Mad Rich Apparel is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.

Shipping delays caused by carriers do not qualify for refunds.
