Payment Processing

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays). Some items are made-to-order and may require additional processing time as stated in the product description.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after shipment, as carriers may experience delays scanning packages into their system.


Shipping & Fulfillment

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Mad Rich Apparel is not responsible for:

• carrier delays
• incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
• packages marked delivered by the carrier
• stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package shows Delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim or locate the package.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with filing a claim. Refunds or replacements will only be considered after carrier investigation is completed.

Packages marked Delivered by the carrier are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather issues, or transit interruptions do not qualify for refunds.
